W201 The Individual and the State

This site provides Tutorial help on your course.

Help is divided between the two subject headings Public Law and Criminal Law.

In total there are there are nine Tutorials. For each Tutorial you will find a list of materials which you can download and print out to help with your studies.

Typically under each heading you will find:

Study notes

These set out briefly some of the main points covered by the Manuals. These notes serve a dual purpose 1) they will help you understand the law and also work out the answers to Tutorial questions 2) they will also help you to revise at the end of the course.

Questions

For each Tutorial there will be one or more sets of questions. Read the study notes first then attempt the questions.

Suggested answers

After attempting the questions download the suggested answers. There is no perfect answer to any question but these suggested answers will help you check you are on track and give you some ideas if you are not.
